By installing and using ServerLens, a Discord Analytics Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ServerLens provides analytics and insights for Discord servers by collecting and analyzing messages, user information, and data about channels and servers. Our services include AI-powered features, such as the `/ai` slash command, which allows you to ask questions about your server data and receive AI-generated responses. The services are provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ServerLens. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ServerLens, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when required.
  • Use ServerLens in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.
  • Exercise appropriate caution and judgment when using AI-generated information, recognizing its inherent limitations and potential for inaccuracy.

Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ServerLens, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features and Limitations

a) AI-Generated Content: ServerLens offers AI-powered features, including the ability to ask questions about your server data and receive AI-generated responses through the `/ai` slash command. You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all purposes.
  2. You should not rely solely on AI-generated information for critical decisions.
  3. ServerLens is not responsible for actions you take based on AI-generated content.

b) Appropriate Use: When using AI features, you agree not to:

  1. Submit queries designed to generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content.
  2. Attempt to manipulate the AI to circumvent our content policies or security measures.
  3. Use the AI features for purposes that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

c) Intellectual Property: The AI-generated responses are provided for your informational use within ServerLens. You may use these responses internally for understanding your Discord server, but ServerLens and/or our AI technology partners retain all intellectual property rights in the AI technology, models, and systems used to generate responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with ServerLens are the property of ServerLens or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ServerLens at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: ServerLens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • AI Limitations: You expressly acknowledge that our AI features, including the `/ai` slash command, utilize artificial intelligence technology that has inherent limitations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations of your data. All AI-generated responses include the disclaimer "AI generated results may be inaccurate" to remind you of these limitations. You agree to exercise your own judgment when using AI-generated information and not to rely solely on such information for critical decisions affecting your Discord server or community.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ServerLens be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use ServerLens; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through ServerLens; (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and/or (vii) any errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations in AI-generated content provided through our AI features, including the `/ai` slash command..

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ServerLens, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of ServerLens, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to use ServerLens after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
